Giving this place one star just because a customer apologized for the rudeness I experienced at this location from Ike and her coworker. She said Ike had been rude to her before too. I went to ship a package I needed it taped before shipping and one of the ladies working there told me I had to buy the tape. I mentioned to her that other locations I have been to do tape it for you: she told me I could go to those other places. I told her that was rude you can be polite and considerate when talking to customers. I went ahead and purchased the tape then Ike told over to help but she was more rude. Their manager needs to put them both for some more training.

Chaise Lounge

If they lose another package (meaning they stole yet another electronic item) I'm contacting postmaster and local congressman. They clearly take interest in any insured package marked delicate. Seriously awful post office. My old post office I knew everyone by name. So awful.

To pick up package for my little boy. The ladies behind the counter lied to us and told us the package was on the other side of town. We went to the other side of town and they said that no indeed it was not there it was still at the Shady Grove location. My only observation is the person A) they didn’t wanna do their job B) refuses to do the job or C) needs to get a new job. Unfortunately it was a good lesson for my son on how people are not honest.
