There’s 3 people in the front desk to help you. Let me just say the lady in The Who was working in the middle, chubby Latina brown hair was so rude from the get go. I understood that I didn’t have a mask on and mask are required, but 1 she didn’t say that when I had an appointment and 2 she had a pack of mask in front of her and she didn’t want to give me one. She said I was going to have to leave if I didn’t have a mask. But her colleague was walking back to her seat in the front next to her I asked her and she gave me one right away no hesitation. Like how hard was that to do to begin with? And the guy in the other desk was on his phone watching tik toks in front of the guest like that’s so unprofessional doing that working at a front desk job and he had his volume up like boy go get some AirPods nobody wanna hear all that.

Telehealth is available on Saturdays at CCI Gaithersburg and not available at other locations. Dr. M is also very nice. Thank you so much. A bus rider patient.

The attention of the doctors I have no complaints. They are excellent. The problem is making appointments takes a long time and the telephone service is very long, I would say too long. I have spent more than half an hour to be answered on the phone and without answers😢.
