Update Oct 13th, 2022, 2pm. I stopped by today (as I do every month) and I was helped by Song and Codjo. As usual, the branch manager checked with each customer in line to see if she could make things more efficient during the visit. It took me 5 minutes at the branch and it could not have been more pleasant, efficient and perfect. I send multi-thousand piece business mailers out of this location every month. I know that the experience there isn't always perfect. Sometimes there's a line of customers and you have to wait. I do want to say that the employees there really do make a solid effort to try (they are asked to do a wide variety services for customers, some pretty complicated). I've noted management go down the line (of customers waiting) on numerous occasions to see if they can help to expedite the visit time. That's really appreciated! They are all trying and USPS is certainly under strain now. I'm certainly not perfect in my business. I'm always grateful for them and their continued service to us. They do deserve it as well as our patience. -Eric

The front desk staff couldn’t be less professional or competent. On other visits, they’ve provided incorrect information on services (I. e. use the self-service kiosk for parcels that are impossible to send in that method. Today, while waiting, listening to them loudly and repeatedly call customers idiots (based on past encounters, as the place was empty) makes me want to never come back. Even as guests came in, they continued to trash talk supervisors and office business WHILE processing parcels.

9/30/2022 I called and the lady that was picking up the phone at 2:30pm sounded older and very aggressive. I was trying to ask her an estimated time that the courier would arrive for the mail and she hung up the phone five times and then stopped answering when I called back. This woman is Extremely Unprofessional and is a waste of tax payers hard worker money she definitely requires disciplinary action! I’m calling representing the Wisconsin Avenue Business Association

Awful customer service! I supposedly had a small package from Best Buy delivered last week to my mailbox for which only I and the postal carrier have the key. I never received the package and when I filed the claim, I've received a nasty email and follow-up call stating that their geo-location tracker tracked the package to my building. Well, we have many mailboxes in that building. It could have been delivered to any other condo in my building. But what really bothers me is that they don't take any responsibility. Yes, I got a replacement from BB, but why should they say it's not their problem! Of course it is. Either it was stolen by the mail carrier or it was delivered to the wrong mailbox. It is their problem!
