If you are looking for DHL don't go there, it is not DHL, and they charge you more than DHL... the lady assured me that my documents were being send by DHL, gave me DHL envelope made me pay 205$, but they sent it by UPS and it took longer than expected... very disappointing

I would like to be as responsible as possible with other customers. I shipped a package from this location to Uruguay. Everything was going well until my package got delayed a couple of days, I saw this on the DHL website and decided to ask DHL not to ship the package (which was still at the Baltimore airport). DHL told me they were going to process the request. The truth is that the package ended up arriving in Uruguay despite my request not to send it. Due to the delay the person who was going to receive the package is no longer in Uruguay, so there is no one to receive the package. I have asked DHL and the office "DHL Express ServicePoint International Shipping" or "Pronto Press International" but the fact is that I have more than two weeks trying to have my package back and it has been impossible, no one takes responsibility for my package. It is a mediocre service that only cares that you pay them to send the package but they will not be good at serving the customer much less providing a service for a package that has not yet finished arriving. Bad service, bad attention, I do not recommend them.

Negligent the worst DHL made me lose a document that I sent to Mexico to the communications and transport unit 10 days ago I went to make that shipment and the very rude lady who attends told me with such certainty that in Mexico they had opened that correspondence
