Lazy and rude staff who are inside at 9:30 am when the post office is supposed to open, but they don’t feel like opening so they keep a line of customers waiting. Lousy customer service.

Came here to for some business needs, Celeste the USPS worker here is very rude and refuses to do her job if she does not feel like it at the moment. Task every other post office does, She will refuse if she does not feel like doing it today......Very rude and unprofessional Staffing.

They claim to close at 5:45 and refuse to accept any packages even a moment after that time; even at 5:50. I let them know their google listing says the closing time is 6 but they said they're "unable to change it" and were pretty condescending about something they were definitely wrong about.

Hello, Carol, The best way to have your mail held is to go to the Post Office in person and ask the postmaster to request that your mail be held.
Go back to the Post Office where you scented and give them your credit card and they can probly look it up for you
