I am running into an issue with this post office marking deliveries as “delivered to mailbox” and not receiving the packages. Submitted a missing package form online and was told it was delivered. I keep getting told to call back as someone who is working the case will be back in an hour and now noone is answering the phone. Very poor customer service. I have tried getting a refund for the missing package as this post office lost it, so they sent a replacement and they lost that package as well. Not impressed.

Supervisor LOST a Green Card after 1000s of dollars and 1000s of miles and stress to get it, She decided to lie and mark it delevered on a different street, but the truth came out. Shame on you for the unimaginable stress this has caused to someones life you have no idea!!!

Wow!! This was the best trip I ever made to the post office- I feel like I was welcomed by my favorite aunt- she was so kind!!! Nice job Ana!!

Got my passport renewed here . Ana is so helpful And makes sure she makes the process smooth and easy. We were very pleased on how nice and helpful she was . We received our passports in a quicker time than we expected . 10/10 thanks !
