Can someone in Walgreens corporate explain to me? I have been on hold for more than 50 minutes. Someone picked up the phone then puts it back on hold repetitively.

I have to give this pharmacy 5 stars for customer service. I literally called them like 7 times in one day, with many questions and also to have them switch prescriptions over to another pharmacy because they didnt take my insurance. The pharmacy staff never felt annoyed or bothered. Thank you

This pharmacy is always closed. Open 1 hour on a Saturday! I can’t get my needed meds. Totally unacceptable! I’m going to cvs where it’s 24 hours. Also closes at lunch

I just got both the flu 😷 and the booster shot 💉. The pharmacy staff was fantastic. The girl who gave them to me was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and caring. I can't say enough about them. A big thank you to all of you.
