this place needs to shut down or have a new general manger it is very unprofessional they don't answer the phones and they lose packages and they give horrible customer service I don't know why the company itself hasn't done anything about it.

This post office is the worst, opens up late, dirty with receipts on floor, doesn't help you and the bad attitude that is given is ridiculous. Postal inspector shoupe visit here...

The post office is bad but this office is ridiculous no one answers the phone. They return my passport with leaving me 3996. To give me a chance to pick it up before returning.

Did you put in a change of address ? It takes about 2 weeks to go into affect. If so call the Post Office wereyou moved from. Check your old address.

Hello I moved from Irvington zip 07111 to Newark zip 07112 I am a visually impaired disabiled resident member of the commission for the blind and we've been at this new address about two months now and we barely ever get any mail.HELP

Apparently they dont close at 7p mon thru fri. And apparently they lock the doors before 5p. Whats tht about. Smh
