Had a $4000 piece of equipment shipped from this store. 50lbs probably 40”x20” it was wrapped in plastic put in a thin cardboard box with a few packing peanuts. The shipper paid $100 for $4000 worth of insurance. Box came in slightly damaged but after opening the machine was in bad shape. Broken case, bent metal, not able to work in this condition. Contacted shipper he said oh sorry about that. We usually ship big heavy things that way and they are fine. Figure out the cost of replacing the broken pieces and get back to me. So I did and he now hasn’t replied to my email from 2 weeks ago. Even if I get the parts replaced it won’t be worth the value I paid due to all of the other minor dents. We paid for insurance. Now he isn’t replying. Terrible customer service. Do it recommend.
