they still don't answer the phone !! Guess they don't want any business.
Yes you guys are right, i only wanted an order of their large delish 😋 fries just last week. Called ahead as it was around 5:30 or so. I was in the area. Placed on hold,hung up,placed on hold again. I figured it out,a young guy had answered. They really need a customer service professional working the phone lines. I will check on the Mgr.,their and let him no whats going on and get some feedback, its totally RIDICULOUS, when people are paying their hard earned money
They usually do if I'm on hold for 2 minutes i hang up and call right back
