This place doesn't have good ratings, but we still decided to give it a try. Everything was hot & correct when I ordered it. Service was also really good. I will be ordering from here again.

Saturday, May 14th at 6:43 pm my 15 piece carry out meal for 2 was ready. The carry out bag did not have: ketchup, napkins, straws, or disposable cutlery. The French fries were a single serving and not the large seasoned fries as advertised. I tried to call but someone hung - up on me. I called again and was placed on hold. I just want this restaurant to do better and provide improved customer service. My order number: 9833-4966-6611-2004. -mb

We called the order in it still took 20 minis to get it after we got there with in 17 min and they said they'd be ready in 15, several people came and went who order wasn't up, but they knew them, when we got it the wings was dry and cold, but the fries 🍟 was warm, yet good 😊 flavor, and all. will I go back, NO., to high for bad food, and bad service, but if you go, get the fries 🍟.

I was Missing an order of wings, and fries. When I came to this location they wanted me to bring all my food back for them to replace my food. It was a 50 piece family pack that was ordered incorrectly by the worker. They did not offer any money back or food to be replaced. The wings also had hair on them. I had to purchase an extra set of fries and ranch. Not coming to this location again.

The rude woman in the front needs to be trained on costumer service. And should learn manners and respect. I'm not driving 20 mintues away to get her card she paid with. The order was in my name. Will be reporting this wingstop
Being on the "South side of Dallas " has ZERO to do w/the question asked. I've been all over the Metroplex & encountered piss poor customer service. As for this particular Wing Stop, I have no complaints bout how they've interacted w/me. I've had positive interactions w/all the staff, for years now. I'm VERY picky, will quickly send food back if it's not to my satisfaction & I've never had a problem getting exactly what I want. They may not always get it right but they quickly make things right if there's an issue. If they just wanted money w/o working, there's 50 other higher paying, easier jobs they could be doing instead of this 1. Please don't make assumptions about people based off personal bias...or ignorance (whichever you prefer)
