I do not recommend this place. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant. She acted as if we inconvenienced her to check in. Very rude. Tried charging me 2 times. I had to ask her to double check her records to which she found our charge. Hotel is not even the cleanliest & does not smell good. After checking out we were given a receipt with a $0 dollar balance - since we paid up front. DAYS later they charged my card AGAIN. I called the front desk who was absolutely no help. She said her hands were tied & there was nothing she could do. She would not reverse the charges - she said it was up to me to get this sorted out. Just to clarify - both charges cleared, nothing was pending. Luckily our bank was useful & were able to reverse the charge. Worst hotel experience.

Front desk clerks were nice & helpful. Had problems with my shower & they attended to it quickly. Heard some loud piercing ringing in the hallways. Never found out what that was from. Water pressure was a little low but not too much to hinder use.

If we could give this place zero stars, we would! Pulled up to check in and dirty diapers were in the parking lot. After check in, we wanted a glass of wine, but needed a corkscrew. After searching the room with no avail, we went to the front desk to find the receptionist asleep at her desk behind the reception wall! Our keys were constantly needing to be reset - on our last attempt to reset the keys, the reception area was empty. We waited about 5 minutes while we watched a stray toddler walking around the reception desk area, unattended. As I went to leave a note, the receptionist and a guy came out of one of the rooms and she was VERY defensive and raising her voice at us. I was startled, so I left the area while my husband had the keys reset. Given we were leaving for dinner, I went to the car and pulled it around to the lobby. When the door opened, I honked to get my husbands attention and we left. The receptionist called us a few minutes later and told us to pack our things and leave because she didn't like me honking my horn .... REALLY??? - that's okay, we found a classier hotel down the road who treated us with 100% more respect as a paying guest.

The best hotel in the area-hands down. Pool and hot tub are nice (hot tub could have been a bit warmer), staff is friendly and take good care of you. Breakfast was a surprise and had a lot to offer. I've never checked into a hotel faster. Another good thing is the 5g is close and signal was strong here.
