Honestly reading the reviews from residents of The Colonies and other apartment complexes in the metroplex, I'm curious to know why the response from the leasing staff of management is that they are sorry for the inconvenience or we never want their residents to have an unpleasant experience or they wish you well on your future endeavors??? I rarely see a reply that the issue will be fixed immediately or has been fixed, an apology and an immediate response from the residents as to how promptly the issue was resolved, etc. I could never work in a leasing office and not respond and do my best to ensure that the maintenance staff is equipped to handle and resolve issues and if not, call in a professional company because God knows these Management companies get enough money in monthly rent payments from the very same residents who live in their units. The leasing staff should also have integrity and informing the Regional Manager or whomever that there are issues that require immediate attention and stop putting a band aid on it. What's wrong with this world!

I have been living here at the The Colonies Apartment for over a year now. Let me start off with the leasing staff. We had a leasing staff member name Ms. Angel. You would truly describe her by her name. She was truly an angel sweet, kind and caring. She has been greatly missed.. You also have the manager Ms. Carmell. Ms. Carmell makes sure that we stay in a safe and quiet environment with no nonsense. She is always there to help and understand that things happen. I have been truly blessed to stay in a great community.💕💕

Absolutely the most professional experience I ever had. The manager was so gracious and welcoming. The property also is very well kept. I encourage anyone looking for a place to just stick you head in the door and see for yourself, don't take my word for it. I did a maintenance request and the next day it was taken care of and we all know that's unheard of. Very well ran office

I loved this place. I actually was slightly sad to have had to leave this place. Management was wonderful, location is great, neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. The maintenance guys are so great and do a great job. I only had one issue with a neighborhood taking my package and that was it (it happens). My dog and I loved loved loved living here. Definitely, one of my top renting experiences. Would recommend it.
