I’m probably going to write 3 reviews as my experience here gets worse. I moved here April 2022, I originally was due to move in Feb but Angel kept stringing me along for 2 months. Every week it would be an issue ( Phone down, printers down, lost my folder) Literally every week I would get the ring around but was assured my apartment was reserved. I pleaded with them as me and my kids needed to move by a specific date or would be homeless. She would say come tomorrow, then the next day, then the next week! At this point I was stuck and had 1 day left to sign. I even had to send emails and finally went to the office on the very last day where they told me I would have to come back because they ALL had doctors appointments that day!!!! I was livid and I sat in my car refusing to leave and asked for corporate. After I stood my ground a lady came and knocked on my window and agreed to finish my folder and it literally took only 10 minutes to do. That didn’t end my stress! They had me down for the wrong unit which was 1 bedroom instead of 2. I had to wait another week until another unit became available. Me and my kids were almost homeless due to this unprofessional and unorganized company. I would have kept looking had I not been lied to and strung along. By that time my back was up against the wall. Also the place is filthy. The pool is green and hasn’t been cleaned once, my kids can’t even enjoy their summer here.trash is everywhere, dog poop, and black N milds. This is a horrible place to live and the parking rules are ridiculous. They towed my car and made me pay $317.Office lady Angel gave me a parking pass when I moved in. Printers were down as they always are so she gave me a written parking pass to use but marked it for 1 day. Nearly 3 months after me living there they tow my car and say the parking pass was for 1 day. Office don’t answer the phone and are always closed at all different hours of the day. Now they are refusing to give me any Assistance about my car being towed and corporate WILL not return my calls. Now to add insult to injury they towed my family car after parking in the visitor section. Please find a better place I’m begging you. This place is soooooooo unprofessional and money hungry.

I have lived here almost 2 years and I have became very worried bout the security and safety! We need security guards and gates to be closed, and cameras! They focus more on towing you and the number parking stickers you can have! Cars are constantly being broke into, WE NEED MORE SECURITY…I don’t wanna always have to worry if my car gone get broke into..or towed wrongfully!! If no change then I will be seeking else where to live!!!
