I didn’t have any problems living here when i did. My unit was by the pool so late at night or early mornings there would be people there making a decent amount of noise. It flooded in that part when it rained. but other than that it was a pretty decent place to live. I had an issue paying for move out fees because they changed management but the manger before and after they were easy to work with and helped me out anyway they could. Someone was always tearing the entry gate up, and there’s only one way in and out.

Hello, I live in Wooded Creek apartments on Pleasant Run Rd. The apartment manager Shera has been contacted several times via phone and email since December 21, 2021 to have my heater fixed and replace my old refrigerator that makes extremely loud noises. She since then has not left me any voicemails or emails with updates on when she would get these issues fixed for me. The office opens late everyday and they never answer their phones. I also heard from several other tenants that they hadn't had hot water for months or heat. When I questioned Shera about why these haven't been fixed for me, she said, "I have 900 other tenants you aren't first on our list and If you're so unhappy why do you live here?"...I signed a 12 month lease... My husband and I had to come out of pocket to purchase portable heaters and wood for our fireplace to keep our child and ourselves warm. They made sure to tell us to pay our very expensive rent every month though. Horrible customer service and communication skills on Shera's end. The previous apartment manager Audrey was the best manager they had.
