Two weeks after a plumbing issues, my dryer is broken. It has taken 5 days to get a new one and I have to take off an entire day for the dryer to be replaced due to the delivery time being 9:30-5:30. ALSO, management reached out to me on my last bad review, I have emailed them 3 times. No reply from them either. BAD all around from the top down.

The office and maintenance staff here are quite courteous, friendly, and helpful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! This place was just acquired and they are STRUGGLING to take over and turn things around. Mari and the entire team are awful to work with and do not help when needed. This has been quite possibly the WORST experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. On my scheduled move in day, no one was at the office. I had to call the emergency line and it took him 90 minutes to bring me keys. The office said "sorry our worker quit that day and we didn't know" My moving company was on the clock and I had to pay them extra for their time, I was never reimbursed. Upon move in, I noticed the toilet was broken. I alerted the team immediately and they took 3 days to come take a look. They looked at the toilet and said "yes it's broken, we will order a new one" I had to call for another request for them to come back and provide a temp solution. That order for the toilet took too long and my bathroom flooded with disgusting water. Upon alerting the staff, it took 7 hours for a plumber to come on site. It took two days for the plumbing to be fixed and I was not able to use my bathroom. I was told by management to just use the bathroom and live in the apartment anyway. Turns out a main water line to the building was broken but "feel free to use your plumbing" really bad advice from Mari. I'm on day 5 and they are still at my apartment attempting to finish the job. I was told I will not be reimbursed for the days my apartment was not habitable. I have two dogs and maintenance has been in and out 3-4 per day. They refuse to provide any documentation of the work or confirm I can use the plumbing. This is arguably the WORST place you could live. Mari, Melissa, and Andre are all nice for about the 1st or 2nd interaction and then rude and unhelpful. Mari has an excuse for every single issue. I had to call 5 times today and I still never received a call back. "I am busy in meetings" she does not care about residents whatsoever. Her boss Mary Herrington refuses to take my call and help resolve the Situation. Another apartment flooded and they are out of town, unsure if anyone has even told them yet or resolved their issues.

I and a roommate have lived at Waterford for over 4 years now and it's probably the best apartment I have ever lived in. The sense of community (for me - especially the dog owners) is terrific. We are friends with the Neighbors and do stuff together (we met here). The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment feels more like a small house and with each one being at the opposite ends - it works great for a roommate situation. Maintenance is AMAZING - shout out to Luis. I give it 5 stars.

Hi. Sorry, we currently do not have two bedroom apartments available. Please check our website (www.waterfordcourtapartments.com) for availability.
Every apartment has an attached garage. One additional car can fit behind your garage, for the closest parking option. Then, we also have multiple open parking spots throughout the property to accommodate others.
