Wear a😷mask, even if your doctor writes ✍you a note stating how harmful it would be to your health with Ashma (breathing problems), PTSD, ect...but I guess 😅 the governor & staff (at library) know better than😉doctors that have been treating me for 11years😆🤣lol!!!!!! Then tomorrow 😷"mask rule" is lifted, so no more (Covid19) around town...cured overnight (I👂heard today😆🤣😂😹😆🤣). Weird: Keep Portland weird!?!?!? 💘 Love, "D"-Concerned😟😕

As the other person said, it's in the parking lot. Also they save safety tape guiding drivers through, and there's a flag attached to it...because it's sitting next to some bushes that conceal it.
