Ive rented from these guys 2 times now. Both times, they've tried charging my "cleaning fees" for the inflatable kayaks i rented. The first time, one of the kayaks had 2 leaks in it and it ended up not getting used at all because it only held air for like 30 minutes. When i returned, i asked for a refund and the guy told me that he wouldnt refund, but instead would be charging me a cleaning fee for his busted kayak. The second time, i know to check. They were holding air properly.... After we went to the river, i spend 45 minutes hosing them down in my front lawn, I made sure to get rid of every grain of sand left in the kayak. I returned them today and these jokers try to charge me a cleaning fee again. I literally flipped them inside out 4 times over, put 30 gallons of water from my hose to make sure they were immaculate. These guys are scammers. They just try to charge you no matter what. Obviously not gonna be renting from them again.
