I signed up this year with SKY Heating & Air Conditioning for my annual a/c & Heating maintenance service. My representative Ryan Lynk provided a very thorough excellent service and assessment of my unit. He spent 2 hours here cleaning and providing service for the units and gave me a very detailed report on the condition of the units and provided recommendations that could extend the life of the units. Ryan was very professional, on time and respectful of my property while in my home. I would highly recommend this company if you are needing service or maintenance of your HVAC.

My experience with Sky was outstanding from the beginning. Mico was early for my first estimate appointment and was able to offer me different options keeping in mind my budget. He returned with his colleague, Dan, to look over the project to make sure everything was going to work well for the space. Dan was able to make some suggestions that made the installation much cleaner looking from the outside and he found a great location for the outside unit. Gabe and his crew installed everything quickly and cleaned up so well it was hard to tell anyone was there. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of all of the employees that worked on this project and I appreciated how quickly they were able to complete the work. All said it was about 2 weeks from estimate to completion!

Grant and Travis were first rate. We had to have our annual maintenance done on our 1 year old Tankless water heater (which Sky also installed). They were careful with my home, careful with my equipment, respectful and made zero mess. Both men were Knowledgeable, friendly and smiling. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit which is not something I would normally associate with maintenance or repair. I look forward to next year’s annual maintenance.

Mico was very efficient and thorough. He was very pleasant to work with and took the time to analyze how to install the a/c system to work best in my home. My decision to go with another company was price motivated. I also do not appreciate companies who give me a deadline to choose them for a discount on services.
