I bought a dining set 4 months ago, which I regret buying from Jr furniture. The sales person said that they had it in their warehouse and it will only take about a week for them to deliver it. A week turned into 4 months I call Jr furniture to get my money back they said they would not give me a refund and to wait 3 more weeks. I waited 3 more weeks I call them back after 3 weeks they said they didn’t know where the dining set was and that it might take 2 more weeks to arrive. I asked them for a refund and they said no. I said that I would make a complaint after that the sales person said that she will call me back. She call me back and told me that they will send it by mail and that it will take 2 weeks to arrive. It’s almost 4 weeks and I am still waiting for my check to arrive. I call them today again and they said they don’t know anything and that I need to call back tomorrow. ***I just want to know where is my refund. **Please Don’t buy anything from JR Furniture

Big selection some QC issues. Couch broke a month after we got it, had their extended insurance. Insurance company dragged for 2 almost 3 years before sending in a replacement voucher, but they did honor it. Wish JR would have gotten more involved sooner but it is what it is. It was fulfilled they did help us out manager was great. Thanks.

This is a good place to look for furniture. The sales man was nice. We didn't buy anything here because they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. But I will definitely come back again if we should have something else in mind.

Good service knowledgeable staff, bought a couch and loveseat we're happy with. Good price. The only thing that's keeping us from five stars is the sales person kept pulling down their mask to talk to us. So pretty weak mask protocol adherence.
