Service was tops even late in the business day. I risked it and ordered a skirt steak entree, thinking it would be lighter. The problem is that I asked for medium rare, and got a kind of beef jerkey done-ness. It was so tough that the meat was wasted. I would have asked for a new serving except that it was getting near closing and I was with a group of friends who already had their food. The Borracho beans were the highlight. I will return to Agave Azul for something else in the future, but never order the Skirt Steak again. Very disappointed on this visit.

The restaurant is small, but is definitely in the top 3 best Mexican food places I've ever eaten. Each bite took my taste buds to the nexus. A truly devine experience.

This was our first time dining at this establishment. Our server was the owners nephew and he was great. They don't do the normal chips and salsa on the table. They bring you a little bean and cheese burrito with a nice little dish of spices salsa. We ordered the chicken fajitas for 2 and they were great. The flavors were so delicious and the caramelizing on the onions and peppers was perfect. Our friend had the chile relleno and said it good too. We will definitely be coming back for more.

Wasn't busy at all tonight. Nice and quiet. Staff was nice and didn't bother us as we ate. One of our favorite places to eat.
