We recently used them to do trench work under our home. We’ve had several companies out within the last couple months and they were by far the cleanest. They made sure to protect our belongings and put up a plastic barrier/tent from our front door to our crawl in our closet. Very knowledgeable and so friendly! Would absolutely use them again if needed and would highly recommend to anyone in need of crawl space work.

I have worked with Crawl Pros on two occasions, in 2018 and 2021, in two different houses. Both houses had significant rodent issues and damage, and one house also had significant water issues in the crawlspace. After getting a number of estimates, I decided to have crawl pros do the work. Although they were not the cheapest bid, they seemed the most professional and proposed comprehensive solutions to the issues I had. In both cases, I was extremely pleased with the results. The work was done efficiently, with no evidence that anyone tried to take any shortcuts. In addition to remediating the damage caused by the rodents, they did a very good job of sealing potential entry points as well as sealing cracks and penetrations between the crawlspace and the heated areas of the house. They also installed a drain system with sump pump to take care of the water issue. They also have a pest control division, Pest Pros, with whom one can contract for ongoing inspection and treatment of all sorts of pest issues. If one contracts for bimonthly crawlspace inspections, Crawl Pros will guarantee their work and remediate without additional charge any damage caused by rodents. I am not aware that other companies do this. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a complete, professional solution.

We used Crawl Pros to perform maintenance in our crawlspace. The crew kept the area around the access point clean and did a high quality job at a reasonable price. We experienced a minor communication issue with the crew and some work was done that was not part of our quote. The management team resolved the issue to our satisfaction. As with any project, I would recommend explicitly confirming what work is to be performed before the crew gets started. We would use them again for our next attic or crawlspace project.
