My 5stars are for the ladies in the front office Arkeisha especially but Ester as well. I just moved in and I am satisfied with my apartment there are a couple of things maintenance needs to attend to, but overall I am satisfied. I am not an apartment person but I am very satisfied with my apartment. I have read some reviews and they were not good, but also I understand that this is new management. If you do decide that you want to make this your future home, talk to Arkeisha. She will break everything down so you will feel comfortable and understand all that you need to know, like I said both ladies in the office are wonderful. Thank you so much Arkeisha.

Re A/C: we got a new group of repairmen. I been here 5 years and until now my A/C has never frozen, until the repair men came to fix another recurring leak from upstairs. Since the repairs it has been freezing up. When it freezes the air doesn't blow. Right after I defrost the unit the repairman finally comes speaks to me like I'm boo boo the fool. The thermostat setting made it freeze - Rude as hell walks out while I'm asking a question. So is there really a setting in witch a properly working A/C unit will freeze over? And why didn't that setting freeze the unit until after your crew made repairs. Until they figure this out it is going to be freezing a cycle of freeze and thawing out for me. I'll pass by later to make another work order on this, along with video showing the beginnings of the freeze and how it doesn't even blow mylar balloons a few inches if front of the vent. I miss the written work orders.

Would you recommend living here for someone you care about?

How is the crime rate in the area? Is it safe to move? Are car theft common? Is it gated community?

Is far as I know the crime rate is low. I've not heard of anyone having their cars stolen or broken into. No it is not a gated community.

What time did they open
