Walked in with my computer they refused to even look at it said they won't touch it. It should be a relatively simple fix it's just a matter of forcing the operating system to stop and then reinstalling the old operating system that I have the disc for. To be fair I was biased before I went in there I never liked to geek squad to begin there but I thought I'd give him a chance.

I have always had very good service through the Geek Squad at Best Buy Brentwood/Antioch store. The computer issue involved my year old monitor. Angelica was relentless in her pursuit to discover why it suddenly stopped working and soon had me on my way!

I had a good experience at Best Buy in Antioch / Brentwood California. I needed a replacement for my iPhone. Through the Apple website I made my appointment. A day after I went at the time of my appointment, I was met with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. In less than two hours I had my phone back working again. Thank you.
