I was on a bike tour and from out of town and called Trek Chapel Hill basically asking for a miracle -- My rear hub was completely done (bearings and free hub) and I needed Industry Nine components and tools to fix it. To say this Bike Shop and Chris went above and beyond to get my wheel back to what felt like new to me is an understatement. They overnighted the parts, worked after hours, and even hounded Fedex to make sure I was running again as fast as humanly possible. I even work in a bike shop and I was astounded by the level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to deliver of this store!!! So thank you so much Trek Chapel Hill for helping this out of towner passing through. For everyone else reading this, this is the shop you want to go to, full stop.

I went to this shop to look at some full finger gloves. I was just curious if they would or could provide service for my Evelo Galaxy 500. They said they could not, that buying an ebike online is asking for trouble. This bike is high end...enviolo automatique transmission, Gates carbon belt and mid motor plus a 5 year warranty and a free 21 day trial. I will not ever return to this location because these guys are suffering from thinking their brand is so top notch that they don't have time to deal with us little peons.. Other Trek shops in my home state of NC and all REI stores do service the entire Evelo line of ebikes.

Good Morning Tom, we do not carry recumbent bikes but our ebikes would definitely be an awesome alternative to give you that boost for the hills! Come on in and check out our selection in store or on our website!

Safety is our #1 priority for both our customers and employees. We ask everyone to use hand sanitizer upon entry and to wear a mask as well as practice social distancing while in our shop. The number of people in the store are regulated as well to be sure everyone has the safest experience.
