NEW REVIEW: I’ve been at Cosgrove Hill for 4 years now. For half that time it’s been miserable trying to get anyone from the leasing office to respond to emails. The leasing office has had so many employee changes and none of them will email a resident back on basic issues. It’s become a major problem and I would no longer recommend living here because of the poor communication provided by the front office. For the rent we pay, residents deserve better customer service. The grounds, maintenance and homes remain great. But every month my rent is wrong and I need someone to fix it and every month my emails continue to be ignored. I complained privately about this issue months ago but no change, so here’s my honest review. OLD REVEIW: I’ve been at Cosgrove Hill for three months now and it’s my favorite place I’ve lived thus far. My one bedroom is huge and I’d pay double the rent just for the balcony! (Jk, but it rocks!) Paul, Kevin and Mike are on top of everything - anything I’ve needed they’ve made sure it is taken care of. I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments in the Chapel Hill area but this has been the best. It’s so serene, quiet and dog friendly. From the homey details in the apartments to the landscape of the neighborhood - it’s all incredible.
