I came in to the office to pick up a rental application. I returned the next day to turn it with all the appropriate fees. I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I received emails with prompt and clear communications. It let me know that when the time does come for me to move in, I will be treated fairly. The outside of each complex is clean and well kept. Both are very good indicators of how serious management is about keeping their property nice and presentable to its tenants.

Really enjoying my stay! The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a lot of closet space. Office staff and maintenance are helpful, friendly, and respond quickly. Location is nice as well, near shopping, interstate, and bus line.

Yes, we do accept Housing Choice Vouchers. We would have you fill out a Reasonable Accommodations form in request for your animal.
Yes, we do allow pets. There is a $350 one time non-refundable pet fee and $20 a month in pet rent up to 2 pets allowed per apartment home. No aggressive breeds allowed or hybrid of the aggressive breed.
