People need to pay attention! When you live here, you pay your rent on time every month. When you have a problem to solve, a black person in the office will be rude and won't help you solve the problem. If you need to solve something, it is best to go to the other staff in the office, they are very friendly and will solve the problem for you. I hope the management will pay attention to the fact that the tenants here are paying high rent every month and receiving such poor service and attitude from the staff！

One star for the office staff, 5 stars for the maintanence crew. I've lived at Carraway Village 3 years. I think this is one of those new developments that starts out great and goes down hill. When we first moved in any maintenance request was handled quickly, and the staff was always wonderfully helpful. Now, The staff continues to be polite, but it is days or weeks before they get to your problem. My current issue is a broken air conditioner, and with a heat index of well over 100 degrees it should be a priority. Went back to the office and talked with the head of maintenance and it was fixed quickly. This has been the case with other problems as well, they will fix anything and in a timely manner, if you can just get past the office staff so they know about your problem.

1. We were just asking about how to get another keyfob for my potential roommate(havent decided to move in) and had not even submitted the application yet. They just went ahead and charged for the application fee and renter insurance without notice. 2. They will need you to be financially responsible for replacing things as small as fridge water filter even if you have been living here for morn than a year and have lease just renewed.

Carraway Village is an absolutely incredible community that we would highly recommend to anyone! The apartment is thoughtfully designed with up-to-date amenities and appliances and great safety features. The buildings are regularly cleaned and common areas are tidy and well-kept; landscapers were onsite regularly as well. And the office staff- especially JaMarr and Danielle- were the absolute best! They were always available to provide support, answer questions, or just have a friendly conversation around the community. The office team always went above and beyond for residents and we can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you Carraway Village for a wonderful residential experience!
