She was professional and on point. Sensational colorist. The salon is professional and every stylist that I viewed did beautiful work. It is quite refreshing to know there is a salon with the high quality values that reflect their work. Thank you

I was super excited to go to the woods to get my hair done but they cancelled on me 4 and a half hours before my appointment that had been booked for a month in advanced. I feel undervalued because I was going to be a new client- I only got a "I'm so sorry." I guess because the stylist didn't know me it didn't really matter to her, which I just feel is so unprofessional.
