This is the last of 5 places I stopped by this week to see what I could get for an old high school senior ring (10K gold). They were within $5 of the highest place I had come across and they had great reviews, so I gave them my business. They offered to pay with cash or check, so I took the cash. One thing I wasn't expecting (but probably should have) was they take your drivers license info down. I guess this is to help deter someone from selling stolen goods. The woman I worked with was very nice and explained what the "bar code reader on steroids" gun was used for (to detect the type of metal). All in all a very good experience. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I had anything else to sell. I recommend without hesitation. As an FYI, it does pay to shop around. Here are the prices I was offered: Atelier N - $162 William Travis Jewelers - $170 JewelRecycle - $238 Olmaz Jewelers - $240 John David Jewelers - $243

JewelRecycle, LLC. is a wonderful business! Easy to locate, very clean environment. I was helped by Nicole And Gusuma, who showed a lot of care and compassion for my circumstances while there. They were both friendly and courteous. I will absolutely come back when I need their expertise!

We buy all diamonds. We purchase semi-precious stones that have been graded by the GIA. We also pay more for jewelry that contains semi-precious stones if we believe it adds to the resale value. Many semi precious stones have a little to no value.

do you purchase silverware place settings and odd silver pieces? I have a full 8 piece place setting of Damask Rose Sterling (1946) and some small collectible spoons.

They pay by the pound, not antique value.
