I don't recommend those apartments and even more so if you are Latino, the manager is Latina but she was rude when asking her for help since it was the third time they broke the glass of my car to steal my things.

This review is coming in a month after my move into this apartment complex because I wanted to take some time to carefully process my new environment and observe if there were issues that could be addressed by the front office. As an international student, I yearn to call a place home away from HOME. This is what Pinegate apartments gave to me. When I was going through the exhausting process of looking for a place to reside for the 2022-2023 academic school year, I knew I had to be both conversant and careful with trust an apartment complex with both my health and my safety. Pinegate apartment has created a unique atmosphere that leaves its residents in a state of the utmost satisfaction. It has given me homely feeling and the best home any resident could ask for. From personal history, I wasn’t looking for a bed of roses to call my home, but at the same time, I wasn’t looking for an apartment complex that would help intensify my already stressful academic schedule. Ranging from the wonderful front desk personnel (Sonia, Yulissa and Abiria), to the amazing infrastructure set in place for a good time, to the amazing work crew that attend to the most minuscule details when dealing with your complaints, Pinegate was the right decision for me.
