Once the training was over, my husband received several hours of lessons about how to train our border collie at home. I was out of the country and could not join the meetings. Nonetheless, Gene was nice enough to take some of his time and have an exclusive one-to-one video meeting with me afterwards to explain the material. This was an additional class that was not part of the package we paid. He just did it so that I could be up to speed on how to train my dog at home!

Our almost 5 year old very strong golden retriever had serious problems with pulling hard when encountering people. The trainers gave us back a new dog, totally responsive to commands and very under control. The lessons for us were also very helpful to us to maintain his new good behaviors once under our care. We surely recommend them!
