The receptionist was just insanely rude. Took a minute for her to even look up at me and when she did, she just said “hello?” Like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Then when I told her I was there for an appointment, she said (very rudely) “well who are you here to see?” As I pulled up the name of my provider she said “well who are you?” I then have her my name and she proceeded to repeat it back to me with a tone like I was wrong about my own name. Overall, very rude. The upstairs receptionist and my provider were very kind though and the remainder of the experience was not as unpleasant. Need new first floor receptionists or maybe just better attitudes.

I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years and am thoroughly pleased. Being able to see someone or, in this age of COVID, if appropriate to have a phone conversation with a physician or an excellent PA on short notice is something that I treasure. When I’ve needed recently to come in, the extra challenges were handled superbly.
