We can help with child custody cases in Los Angeles, but I always recommend hiring a LDA/Paralegal in the area where the case is located and look for an LDA/Paralegal who has relationships with attorneys who provide Limited Scope Representations. I have a lot of clients who do not live in my area, but their case is here, and I prepare their paperwork and an attorney represents them at the hearing only through a Limited Scope Representation Agreement. Go to www.calda.org, to find a competent Paralegal/LDA in the Los Angeles area. Good luck.
