Desert Valley Hospital: Emergency Room

I was here two nights ago and witnessed a female emergency room nurse scream at an elderly woman and ordered the security guard to push her down the sidewalk. She sat 15 feet from the ER door crying and begging for help. After a couple hours she start begging she couldn't breath. I thought the lady might die right there and was about to call 911 but they finally came out and wheeled her inside. That nurse was a horrible person. No humanity at all

This is literally the worst freaking hospital I been at. I have been here for 5 hours and in alot of pain. They have no communication at all. I ne er knew wat was going on with me at all. I literally seen a staff member laugh at a mentally ill patient. This hospital is a poor excuse for hospital. No one is friendly. This is the waiting room used tissue everywhere. This hospital literally make people more sick !! They should be closed .

Observing the staff members they are extremely professional but overworked And short of staff too . not responding to questions with family members and waiting almost 5 hrs while outside waiting . Than you Find out they have admitted ur love with no notice. Had to call to get to get up date at 9pm realize , hired retired nurses or you need to re group ORGANIZING this better for everyone. I know your all Professional butt over loading to many tasks. Thank,you for your Service.

I just wanted to say thank you to the nurse(s) there and I appreciate everything you do in your daily lives at hospitals. First and foremost my mom passed away from covid-19 and didn't get the chance to get her vaccine and that makes me sad, she fought to the very end and she fought hard. In Honor of my mother is the reason why I did it but she wanted all of us to get the vaccine. I was very very emotional yesterday because all I could think of was my mom when I received my vaccine. She was very special to me, with that being said thank you to the nurses doctors who are doing everything to make sure we get better thank you thank you.
