If you want to receive the care equivalent to a fair weather friend or a partner who just isn't that into you, IMC is the clinic for you!! The level of aloofness from the IMC staff and medical professionals makes me wonder why they're in the care giving business. I moved with Dr. McGregor from her previous practice because of her amazing spirit and what I thought was genuine concern for the health and well being of all people in NC including myself. But more recently this place has plummeted into that of an underfunded public health clinic. I really hadn't had health issues until recently and this clinic failed me in my time of need. Not an ounce of accountability was given when I spoke up about my disappointment. I noticed recently that this clinic no longer accepts Medicare/Medicaid. I predict that they will start pushing out patients who have the State Health plan and other basic insurance policies for those that will pay full price out-of-pocket for mediocre medical care.

Changed my primary care to Integrative Med in Dec 2021 and it has been the best decision I have regained control of my health thanks to Addie. Addie listened to me and after 2 visits and some targeted blood work determined my issues and set me on the right path to a healthy life. She is so passionate about women's health and is knowledgeable and caring. I love that that she takes time with me and that I can message her knowing she will answer. I highly recommend them. I had my first visit with Julie McGregor this week after previously seeing Will Pendergraft who is no longer with the office. I was very pleased. The waiting room and Dr. McGregor's office are both very calm and peaceful. Dr. McGregor was easy to talk to, listened attentively and showed genuine concern for any issues that I discussed.
