This is the WORST Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I wanted to surprise my wife with some of her favorite ice cream. However, when I pulled up I was informed that they didn't have any grilled items. I proceeded to order a banana split. I was then told they didn't have that either. The young lady said, "We're out of a lot of items. " This is NOT how any professional business is ran. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The drive thru could improve! But Diary Queen is always good with the items I get!!! 🌮(Tacos)🥩🤌(Steak fingers) and🌮🥗(Taco Salad)

Loved this DQ been going for years. Visited once re opened. Will not go back. Steak fingers over. Oooke fries were cold. First order received wasn't mines. Guess why fries were cold.. 1 🌟 for re opening.

Horrible customer service! I received my order in pieces. After sitting in the drive thru, I had to drive around to the front to receive my chili dog, then my drink was brought out, when asked where were my fries, the young man said that he didn’t know if my order came with fries. I requested that my order be completed, he sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes at me. I went to the door and was informed that he doesn’t speak English. What?! I waited at the door for my fries. Same young man brought them out, I said thank you and he said ‘you’re welcome’ ….taking my money elsewhere
