Beware of this company! I would give them zero stars but the review won't allow it so I have to give them one to post this. I've tried posting a detailed review twice but for some reason it never shows up. In short, they will lie to you, break your personal property then never call you back. When you finally do get someone on the phone they talk to you like trash and either deny everything or point fingers to someone who never seems to be in the office. We gave them several chances after they lied to us about the damage they did to our propane tank. We have them on security camera damaging it then an hour or so later have THEIR technician on camera "fixing" it,, so them lying about to us, while inexcusable, was actually a bit comical. The last/final issue for us was they quoted us a price one day and when we called to order they almost doubled the price and told us we should have know what THEY quoted was too low! Consider yourself warned.

I’ve been working with Hunter Oil and Propane for a long while now and never have had any issues with getting gas grill tanks filled and our rented fireplace propane tank filled. Excellent prices and excellent service. Also they just recently filled our fireplace propane tank right before it began to get down into the 20’s. I highly recommend this business.

Terrible company always have to call multiple times just to get a delivery. My mother has been calling since Wednesday to get a delivery and has been told that someone was coming and here it is Saturday and still no delivery. Lady told her to call back after 5 and leave a message saying she needed propane. Customer service is horrible. One excuse was that one of their trucks had broken down which is just a lazy excuse. The least they could do is have better people answering the phone.

Definitely the place to go to get your propane tank filled. Much cheaper than an exchange at the store
