Been living here and its not bad, pretty quite except for some cars that blast music but thats not the property fault. Wish they would post signs every so often to remind people to be courteous of others, not everyone works a 9-5. Working nights and some people just are not considerate of others. They have been putting in new homes and saw that their (hopefully) adding to the "playground". For rent to be as high as it is, there should be more than one playground, a pool, a gym, laundry center etc. Apartments even have amenities, for the rent to be $1k starting there should be more offered around the community. Other than random music blasting and lack of amenities its a great place to live.

I've lived at this community for almost a year and I love it here. I love the price of my rent. I appreciate the property manager Erin for always meeting my needs and being understanding. Thanks to Ryan, the maintenance manager, for always being available. I appreciate the privacy I have. So much better than apartment.

I would tell everyone never rent from here .because they don't fix anything on your I'm my daughter living here with 4 kids and they're making us sit in the heat for Forever so I would not rent anything from them

Went to the office about our kitchen sink leaking, the storm breaking a hinge on the front screen door, no water coming out of the second bathroom sink when you turn the hot water nob. A tree hit our home and now there’s mold growing in my closet. She said she’d have the maintenance man come by and nothing still… posted pics of the leak and mold in the closet. It’s worse now Update: still hasn’t been fixed and the mold is growing

They have someone that has been out on medical leave for a while now. I believe that is who generally handles the phone calls. I suggest emailing the manager, she is normally on point with responding.
About 2 and half hours give or take. I lived above Winston in Glade Valley so I was doing some guesstimating. Lol
Actually, Lynn Rivas is very wrong. I just did an inspection on two rentals. One was "gently used." It wasn't that old, but dirty. The second rental was a "new" model that had been placed in the Summer of 2020 per Nicole Johnson the site manager. However, drive further into the park, and you'll easily see much older model trailers. In fact, homes that are in ill repair and I think make the place look trashy. The 1st rental we toured, the trailer before 10 Firethorn Ln that yard looked like a junkyard. The 2nd rental on Coralberry was placed next to a vacant lot and another older model place that I nicknamed "Cat Taj Mahal" as there were cats all over the place as you could easily see that's where they had taken up. When we first got out to look at the rental on Coralberry, I could immediately smell cat urine. IMAGINE opening your windows to let a nice breeze through on a Spring day. You won't be. The roads also are in disrepair. Minefields not pot holes.
$250 pet deposit per pet non refundable and no more then 2 pets. Breed restrictions and too many feral cats running around, outdoors smells of cat urine and feces. Pet policies are not enforced so dogs large and small are allowed to run free at all times leaving property left strewn with vomit and stool from all the dogs and cats.
They should have an emergency contact number. Call the main office number and see what messages on their About emergencies
And.
All depends on if you get a new unit or an older one. We pay 800 a month for a 2 year old unit
Yes!! They're always putting in new models!
