Being on the "South side of Dallas " has ZERO to do w/the question asked. I've been all over the Metroplex & encountered piss poor customer service. As for this particular Wing Stop, I have no complaints bout how they've interacted w/me. I've had positive interactions w/all the staff, for years now. I'm VERY picky, will quickly send food back if it's not to my satisfaction & I've never had a problem getting exactly what I want. They may not always get it right but they quickly make things right if there's an issue. If they just wanted money w/o working, there's 50 other higher paying, easier jobs they could be doing instead of this 1. Please don't make assumptions about people based off personal bias...or ignorance (whichever you prefer)
They hate there job. Just want money without working. The manager needs to address that problem. But you are on the south side of Dallas
