Yes they stock natto

Yes they do carry it.

Either here or at the international market off Broadway

Once in a while, they are in the refrig area.

I've never looked for it there but I know two of the larger Asian markets in Mesa have it. I prefer shopping at Fujiya for Japanese specific items, but occasionally I do have to get some things at the larger markets.

I have not seen it avalible.
