Sammy D.
Clean area, friendly service & tons of ramen to choose from. I go there often and have been a customer for over 6 years. No complaints. I will definitely be returning.

This is a real Japanese market, great service and had a solid variety of Japanese staples. Will return often.

We need more of this in Phoenix. I have to fight traffic to get here but it's well worth it.

Everytime that i went, they didn't have any. You can call and see when and how often.
They normally keep them in the refrigerated area in sawdust.
Sorry, currently out of stock. It may arrive next month.
The snack selection can vary over time, but I don't think I've seen that item available over the last few months.
It is held irregularly, but it is scheduled to be held about once every two to three months. We will post it on our website and FB.
No we don’t. Shochu is hard liquor. We carry Sake and Beer only.
I don't know if Fuji has them. There is a huge Asian market in Phoenix called Lam's, on 35th Ave & Camelback. They have a lot of veggies I have never seen. It's worth the drive. Also numerous shelves and freezers stocked full.
Yes they do
Didnt see one when I was there. Lams market carry the big ones
Their inventory can change daily. Best bet is to call for current stock especially if you have to drive a ways to get there.
Tons of ramen my favorite place to get ramen actually
Sorry,we don't.
I always buy the Bull Dog tonkatsu sauce there. Yum, yum.
No fresh seaweed. Only place I've seen fresh seaweed for sale is Hawaii.
They have a variety of flavors. Melon, Strawberry, Grape and clear flavors.
Call and ask, but I didn't look for cancer sticks, as I don't smoke.
Goggling what these are... I've never seen takuna there if it's the herbal tincture. As for danmuji, that's Korean, so no they will not have it. They DO have fresh daikon and you can make it yourself. They might have other versions of pickled daikon as well. Gove them a call and ask, they are very nice!
I've often seen it between 11am and noon, but I know that it can vary a little from day to day. Your best bet is to call on a given day and ask when it'll be available that day.
It is best to come and explore Fujiya Market and see the exotic foods they do have. Its like traveling to Japan while never leaving your home town.
Heres how it works. Get there early at around 1030 AM. Put the order in for what you want. Or call in advance to see what they have for a menu. I have not seen katsu sandwiches, but I could be wrong. The Bento Boxes and Nigiri are excellent! That I can tell you for sure! Just dont come late!! It goes fast after 12 noon.
Absolutely!
Yes, all of it!
Sake yes, enoki mushrooms is hit or miss they have a rather small selection of fresh produce.
I didn't see any
I cant say for sure but I doubt it
They do not serve it, but you can buy it, and make it at home.
