Heres how it works. Get there early at around 1030 AM. Put the order in for what you want. Or call in advance to see what they have for a menu. I have not seen katsu sandwiches, but I could be wrong. The Bento Boxes and Nigiri are excellent! That I can tell you for sure! Just dont come late!! It goes fast after 12 noon.
I have not seen any either. Although they do prepare a lot of other staples that you'll be sure to enjoy
