I lived here for about 11 months (2021), my review may contain a bit of naivety as it was my first experience at a 55+ Community as well as living in a trailer. Sage Point IMO is trying to be something [they are not yet] a higher end community. However, in their effort to have more notoriety, I fear they'll sacrifice current residents ...using higher lot fees and costly facelifts to the way older trailers. The lot leases are now over $800, oh btw, you'll need 3x's the lot fee (monthly income) for acceptance into the community and or a big bank account! To me, they sell themselves as an active community. I say, "Yes, bingo was always fun ...but that was very short lived!" * I personally had no beef with the on-site Management yet their new Corporate Business Model leaves me concerned for those of us who are unsuspecting and maybe a bit naïve.

lot space $750.00 + and sewer,trash, water about $70.00 per month then lot space goes up every year until you're priced out then have to sell or move the mobile home approx 5-7K .For that price you can have an apartment and keep you're $$$$$ for the mobile home.
