If have negative we will definitely give it. Such bad quality product, worst of worst customer. The regional manager never approve the technician request. The refrigerator only used for 1 year and half year, then Fridge has freon leak from the heating loop pipe.

They tried to charge us extra vs price listed online, the mechanic yelled at us because he and management were unable to communicate properly - he said that management doesn't know anything, and at the end of the day our oven was still broken after he claimed to have fixed it. Management apologized, but did not do take any next steps to fix our oven.

There is no worse manufacturer than Fisher and Paykel. I beg all potential customers to choose a different brand. My new dishwasher was just a rinser of dishes, it never cleaned anything. After two years and two service calls (the first technician told me it was just a poorly designed product) an F&P technician installed an upgraded computer board for almost $300 and it now works decently. So it WAS poorly designed but I had to pay for it. I have two friends who also regret buying this dishwasher but I can't figure out what's worse - their dishwashers or refrigerators. My fridge stopped working after 2.5 years and I've been waiting more than 4 months for a resolution. I've had 7 service calls so far with three different repair organizations. I just bought a Frigidaire mini fridge last week. Too bad zero stars are not possible. Any option is better than F&P.

The Fisher & Paykel experience center in NY is absolutely beautiful! F&P has a live kitchen, and the aesthetic is very chic. The in-house chef hosts cooking demos, trainings, Private events and more. The service in the F&P experience center is very warm and welcoming. And, the staff will do there best to answer your questions, not to mention there’s always freshly baked cookies made in-house. I recommend buying any of the F&P or DCS appliances (especially the 36” professional - series 9 induction cooktop, and the 30” double wall ovens!). The products in the F&P experience center are absolutely beautiful. If you’re interested in buying a Fisher & Paykel appliance - I’d like to suggest you - stop by the EC, and check out the products. Or, schedule a live demo with the chef to see how the products work before making a purchase!

Questions & Answers

We are looking at integrated refrigerators - the Fisher Paykel 36" by 80-84" model indicates a capacity of 16.8 cu ft while the Kitchen Aid/Jenn Air show 20.2 cu ft - how could the FP refrigerators be so much smaller?

Sounds like the difference between 80 and 84. KitchenAid and JennAir (same manufacturer) dont have the shorter built-in size available.

I have a fisher & paykel eco smart washing machine. It recently stopped draining. Looking for suggestions to troubleshoot myself.
