I've been coming here for years and for the most part the employees are pretty good BUT, in the past month or so I have to say, the 2 women " of color" that are working there are so RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not get the name of one of them ( the rudest but without a mask) There are other UPS stores in the area that I will take my business to and I plan on it after today's visit. I also may mention, she was so rude to another customer I felt bad for him. Unacceptable to be sure!!!!!!!!!!

Walked in to mail something to my brother on a militarybase in middle east. I was even buying one of thier boxes. Walked up to counter and was told mailing to apo will take longer than 5 mins and we close in 5 mins so u will have to come back. Wow. Someone explain to him people buying stuff is how he gets paid. This is the problem with America right now, no work ethic!
