I was shipping a rolled-up 5x7 rug and was told by the store manager that he would have to charge me $50.00 to build a box. Since I didn’t have any other options, I had to pay it. When the rug arrived, it was packaged in a pre-made box. I definitely feel as though I was taken advantage of!

Michael and Dominic were fantastic to work with. I had several boxes and artwork that I needed to ship quickly. Michael not only helped me decide which boxes were more appropriate for my needs (my Home Depot boxes were flimsy and poorly packed), but he helped me to pack my items more efficiently which decreased my shipping costs. For Amazon returns, I prepare the packages by myself, use the return label, and then just drop the package off at UPS. I hope that help you.
