I recently transfered service between apartment units. My new unit was not available for selection via their website services. I called a few days later to update and verify my new apartment number. 3 weeks later, SWG drops the ball and disconnects my service. Now I'm at home in my new apartment with no way to cook food, no hot water, and they won't reconnect me until 7 June. (4 days). Great service indeed.

Absoultely the worst customer service I have been associated with in some time. Tried going through their "My Account" but would not accept my information even though I have been a customer for years. On hold now for 30 minutes and counting. Pathetic!!

Worst service ever. Hours on hold. Repeating message to use the website. Broken website telling you to call. Forced to pay for things I did not use.
