It is a 55 plus. I would apply for a spot now though. I believe there is a waiting list. The apartment sizes range up to two bedroom. Prices are very reasonable. Utilities paid. My mom really likes it.
This is a 55+ community. Not sure if being 52 will get you in. It is a pet friendly place that pets are allowed. There's a pet park there also. It won't hurt to check about the age issue though. I wish you the best!!!
