Must both be 55..rent goes up every year..didnt go up in 2020 due to covid..but doubled in 2021 to make up for it..i live here..rent on 1 bdrm is $871.60.. They pay everything..water..electric..2 swimming pools..lots of leisure area..2 bbq grills..i think there 1 or 2 pavillions..ballroom auditorium..sitting areas in lobby n librRy..and many other things too..
Well I can't say for sure on moving, but my mom lives there and her rent includes electric and is around 750 ish except in summer in summer it goes up to compensate for the heavier ac use but that was a little less then 100 extra this year
